Important Information to Note: - Parking: Please be aware that off-street parking is not included. While street parking is free, availability can vary. We do provide you with four parking passes that will allow you to park for free on Texas Avenue and other surrounding streets. A paid parking lot is conveniently located approximately 500 feet from the property for additional parking if needed. - Pet Policy: Well-behaved pets are welcome for an additional fee of $99 per pet, per stay. - Please inform us about your furry companions before finalizing your booking. - Entertainment: Each living room features a 55” Smart TV for streaming your favorite services (please note that cable TV is not provided). - Quiet Enjoyment: To ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors, noise sensors are installed to monitor decibel levels (no audio is recorded).
